With such a distinguished history, one's expectations for Barney's should be high. Sadly these expectations are not met at the Seattle store. Pretentiousness, flavored with incompetence, is no recipe for a high end retailer. Save yourself…

Try Nordstrom for ourstanding customer service, quality and selection. Barney's is too difficult to get a personal experience.
