Young Connections that Work

It's a community job training project that's committed to teaching, training and motivating individuals who desire to work, but who may not be able to obtain a job due to lack of job skills, lack of education, background or past issues, or just plainly; the inability to sustain the financial, emotional, mental, spiritual, resources that it takes in order to create stabilization. We are a for profit because we use 100 percent of the proceeds to pay the employees, for housing costs, food, clothing, childcare, and transportation. We are currently restructuring the way we do business and adapting some new ways of allowing our employees to make money and establish their selves. We are STRICTLY about giving people a chance, second and third ones.
