Disappointing by Adrian G. via Judy's Book on 10/4/2006
I found the sales people rude and arrogant, The guy in the reapir shop was so rude and condescending, he knows nothing about guitar setup of acoustic instruments. He was lecturing me on things he has no idea about. Little did he know I've…
Great Place to Browse by Lisa L via Insider Pages on 5/13/2006
This store had something we had been unable to find anywhere -- a workable but inexpensive case to fit Irish bagpipes. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We have also purchased a truly beautiful hammered dulcimer…

Lessons by WES H. via Judy's Book on 1/23/2006
It's just a guess, but I'd imagine if you asked the counter help at Dusty Strings in Fremont they'd know some guitarists willing to instruct. My first lessons were arranged by a guitar shop, so give it a shot.

Fabulous Music Store by Rose S. via Judy's Book on 8/20/2005
The thing I love about Dusty Strings is their hands-on poilcy that you can pick up and play just about any of the beautiful instruments that they have for sale as long as you take off any zippers you might have on that could scratch them.…
