It also includes learning how to be effective even when in conflict, and it means figuring out how to show up willing to be seen in all aspects of relationship, but especially with yourself and intimate partners. I'm a mediator and sex coach. And believe me, they go together. I specialize in helping individuals become their best selves, whether coupled or not. I teach you how to grow as an individual so that you can make the most informed and least fear-based decisions in your life about love, sex, marriage, and work. From there, I teach you to support yourself and your mate, first as individuals, and then how to grow as a couple. It is much easier to do this before kids come, but it is critical to do it if you have children. We specialize in relationship, intimacy, and conflict by teaching you how to grow. That's right, we're about mediating conflict and adult education in how to become your highest and best self, whether partnered or not.
