Our skilled and dedicated staff provides a comprehensive range of skilled nursing and therapy services for various conditions, including: occupational therapy to improve and provide techniques for maximizing independence in everyday tasks; physical therapy to help maintain or regain function and mobility; speech and language pathology to employ techniques that support brain and memory functions, communication, swallowing, and more.

Our Memory Support Center at the HCC is a comfortable and secure environment for residents living with advanced dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other forms of memory loss. Our highly trained and caring staff is dedicated to providing personalized care with dignity and compassion. Residents enjoy walking and relaxing in a secure outdoor garden, daily exercise classes, scenic outings, and other specially designed therapeutic activities to meet individual residents’ needs.
