Dont know why they have such a good reputation by pam b via Insider Pages on 6/12/2009 Two times in a row they sold me the wrong size shoes. Once I got a 7 1/2 right shoe with 8 left shoe in a size 8 box. When I went back they sold me a pair of 8 1/2s in a box marked 8. Frustrating.
