We used Aqua Quip when the heat pump went out on our hot tub and were happy with their service. They were able to come out pretty quickly and completed the job for a reasonable amount. We will use them again if needed.

DO NOT expect these folks to be proactive on any post sale issues that come up. It will become your job to get any issues resolved if you buy a tub from these guys. Happy with the tub, but their service is awful.
