There are a lot of gyms out there, so why choose us? Our professional coaching staff and friendly community are the most compelling reasons to be part of Upper Left CrossFit, but we also offer other benefits you're not likely to find elsewhere. We offer Small Group Classes to teach movement and foundational strength, Small Group. classes where we teach innovative functional exercises, Mindful Movement, PIYO, Body Weight, Correctives which all build a strong foundation, and of course, CrossFit. We have open gym times throughout the day, nutritional coaching, mobility focused massage, and restorative movement specialist on site. You don't have to be in shape to start training with us and we won't throw you right into a class if you're not ready to do the movements and feel comfortable. We're different than other CrossFit gyms and we'd love to share with you what we've learned and how we approach fitness. We know from personal experience that what makes you come back to the gym is more about fun and community than anything else.
