Wildfire crisis!!! Uhaul was a disappointment. Jennifer Eide-E 14505 Sprague Ave was able to pull in $43- for a defective rig that left the lot for 20 min. The truck was making noise, I turned around at Grocery Outlet and drove back. …

Everyone at this location that helped me was very friendly, understanding and patient. I was definitely not expecting that great of customer service and I was pleasantly surprised. You always hear nightmare stories, but they were great!
