Their communication wasn't the best but in the end they made sure our problems were fixed in an economical fashion. We'll use them again!

Installed gutters fall of 2010. Did not attach downspouts
to existing drainage system, so I had to go out in the
rain with a hacksaw and finish the job. They Also damaged
the landscaping- completely killing one bush.
