Executive Director, Jim Lord, and his wife, Rhona Lord, have first-hand knowledge of how difficult the process to find a caregiver can be. At the time the company was founded, the Lord family had struggled relentlessly to find a capable caregiver for their son, who was diagnosed with Autism.
