Green Point Home Inspections, LLC is based in Vancouver, Washington and serves both Washington and Idaho.

We have been trusted by home buyers to help them make informed buying decisions. Our home inspections typically range from 3-4 hours long depending on the size of the house and you are invited to follow along with your inspector as they perform their inspection.

We take great pride in every inspection we perform. When the inspection is over, your inspector will prepare a detailed digital inspection report regarding the property with narratives and photos.

It is my intention that the Home Buyer/Seller have an accurate, "snap-shot" of the major components of the Home, thus assisting them in making an informed decision. While based in Vancouver, WA, I inspect homes all over Western Washington State, including Clark County, Cowlitz County, Skamania County, Lewis County, Mason County and sometimes even Walla Walla County. Some of the cities I commonly get to are Vancouver, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, La Center, Camas, Washougal, Woodland, Kalama, Longview, Salmon Creek, Fishers Landing, Brush Prairie, Hockinson, Yacolt, Amboy, Kirkland, Seattle - and many others. Some buyers have referred to my inspection reports as "beginning owner's manuals" for their home.
