Great customer service - something that is lacking with so many companies these days. You deliver what you say you will do....the carpets look fantastic and the employees are all very courteous and helpful.

Good. The young man who did the work did it well, arrived on time, no problems. The carpet did not take a lot of time to dry. I used to clean our carpet myself, but it just didn`t work well. I`ll use your service again.

The coffee stains that have been there for 5 years have vanished, and the carpet looks BRAND NEW! I am delighted! The Personal Touch also totally restored area rugs and a sofa that I was ready to toss out, and they`re now LIKE NEW as well…
