Everyone is always very friendly. They explain the work they did on the vehicle so we fully understand what was done (or wasn't done) and why. There is a reason we continue going back.

Brought my car to Zentner's because I trust them to do what's needed without lots of add-ons. They checked out two items (brakes and cv boots) that mechanics elsewhere needed replacing. Not so according to Zentner's mechanics.

I had a blown spark plug and no appointment. Running on 7 cylinders. They got me in and fixed it the same day. A BIG plus was I got a loaner vehicle to make it to work on time!
