My approach to care focuses on collaboration with employees, employers, therapists and case managers to create timely, individualized plans that emphasize early intervention, rapid recovery and a safe return to work.

What I like best about my job is promoting health, wellness, and public safety while educating on injury prevention and treatment. I also enjoy using a holistic approach to improve workplace function and minimize long-term health issues for employees and commercial drivers.

I was drawn to occupational health for the opportunity to support employees on their health journey, empowering them to achieve their goals through evidence-based practice while respecting their values and physiology.
