Molly Schumacher, APNP

I have always had a passion for cancer care. It’s an interest that sparked while in nursing school when several family members were diagnosed with cancer at the time. I shadowed and interned in a cancer center throughout my schooling and later transitioned into the role of a registered nurse. Now as a doctor of nursing practice, I truly feel I have found my niche in oncology and my calling in the healthcare field.

With my patients, I strive to initiate compassionate relationships and establish a positive rapport while actively supporting them through the various stages of their cancer journeys. Of special interest to me is complementary and alternative therapies and using this in addition to traditional Western medicine practices to care for patients.
