The person who called with the quote was very friendly and thoroughly explained exactly what was wrong. My brakes were replaced within a few hours and within the quoted amount.

I was having a problem with the heating system on my car. I called them first thing in the morning, they responded quickly, identified the problem and had it repaired by noon.
