Finding the right therapist that is experienced and qualified can be difficult. I have over 15 years of experience in helping individuals, couples, children and families meet treatment goals through: Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, play and art therapy for children and adolescents. I am highly qualified to work with treatment issues such as, but not limited to: depression, attachment, anxiety, trauma, self esteem, divorce, co-parenting, ADHD, school problems, parenting and post partum issues. I continually evaluate progress and evidence based approaches to achieve progress towards treatment goals.
I am specialized and have in depth training on the neurodevelopmental impact of trauma and adults impacted by trauma. I have advanced training in working with high conflict family systems, divorce, and reunification therapy. I am passionate about minimizing the impact of divorce on children and families through co-parenting therapy and mediation.
