Our first RV trip was fantastic thanks to Kunes

I reached out to Eileen months before our trip was scheduled and had a great email and phone exchange and finally booking. She really did a great job helping me select the right RV for our trip. Five months later when it came time to rent she followed up by phone to confirm everything was in place. The day of pick up we had a great orientation and felt completely confident leaving with a 32 foot RV and heading out west. I selected Kunes because unlike RV share or some other rental app I was able to purchase liability and collision insurance and had roadside assistance coverage therefore I had zero worries. The machine we rented was fantastic, if you are a family of four request the forest river 3010. I had more space than I needed for everything you can imagine with two kids to feed and entertain for an 11 day trip and 3200 miles. The RV itself operated flawlessly and when I had a question about something as simple as filling up the fresh water I called Eileen and she helped me out over the phone. Our first RV trip was fantastic thanks to Kunes. We’ll be back.
