We just started the process on purchasing a used camper and so far dealing with this dealership has been great. Very friendly, professional and helpful. The salesman we have, Austin, answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed to know about.

Bought a motorhome from Kunes RV in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Met with Danny in sales to see a class C motorhome. Once we decided on a motorhome we met a number of people who were there to help us with walk thru, financing, and parts. Nathan in financing was very nice and explained everything. The staff were all very helpful. No pressure from anyone. I drove nearly 100 miles and it was worth the drive and the time.

Was there today Saturday sep 17th sales guy and technician helped us fix our issues with our new motorhome we bought back in June they took time to help us with no appointment highly recommended this dealer excellent service ty again guys!

The process of purchasing an RV Trailer from Kunes RV in Elkhorn, WI was like a well oiled machine. Forgive the run on sentences but from digitally completing all the financing prior to visiting the dealership with Jon Kunes to a friendly welcome from Scott when we arrived at the dealership, to a walkthrough our RV with Heidi, who gave us all the information we needed in person and in writing to ensure a successful and safe experience with the RV to efficient financing with Brandon to a walk through the RV store with Aleiaha to the meeting with Scott Remer, the General Manager of Kunes RV Elkorn we were extremely satisfied with the service we received. So, if you are thinking about buying an RV trailer, run don’t walk to your computer and check out the deals and give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!

If you’re looking to buy an RV I highly recommend you talk to Buck Osman at Kune’s RV of Elkhorn Wisconsin first. This man went above and beyond any salesman I have ever dealt with when buying a motor home and we have owned a few. We were shopping long distance and Buck thoroughly checked every detail we asked about and came up with and answered some on his own. We were 90+% confident of this purchase prior to driving the near 600 miles for a first hand inspection and test drive. Long story short, we bought the coach. So, shop around, then go see Buck. Professional, thorough, knowledgeable, personable and he will make sure all your boxes are checked so you can relax and enjoy your new or used RV.

I’m posting on my friends account because I can’t post a second review. My name is Scott Rankin. I’m posting this review because after selling my last RV I bought a smaller unit. My new Zinger Lite is the perfect size for me and my RAM 1500. I’m very happy with KunesRV and Danny Robisky. They rate another mention of 5 STARS!

Our first RV trip was fantastic thanks to Kunes by Nathan Riesen on 8/22/2022

 

I reached out to Eileen months before our trip was scheduled and had a great email and phone exchange and finally booking. She really did a great job helping me select the right RV for our trip. Five months later when it came time to rent she followed up by phone to confirm everything was in place. The day of pick up we had a great orientation and felt completely confident leaving with a 32 foot RV and heading out west. I selected Kunes because unlike RV share or some other rental app I was able to purchase liability and collision insurance and had roadside assistance coverage therefore I had zero worries. The machine we rented was fantastic, if you are a family of four request the forest river 3010. I had more space than I needed for everything you can imagine with two kids to feed and entertain for an 11 day trip and 3200 miles. The RV itself operated flawlessly and when I had a question about something as simple as filling up the fresh water I called Eileen and she helped me out over the phone. Our first RV trip was fantastic thanks to Kunes. We’ll be back.

We bought an rv off of Kunes in December, we had a great experience. My husband made a post about that awesome experience several months ago. To add to our satisfaction, as we were getting ready to leave on vacation this morning, we learned our refrigerator wasn't working. Long story short... In the past, whether it be boats, cars, campers, etc.... it is often hard to get immediate attention. And that's understandable. However Scott (store manager) worked with my husband immediately to get this solved so we can get on the road. Chris (our salesman) immediately helped us with troubleshooting, and two service technicians jumped on it immediately. Ross was eager to get the problem solved and Brandon took over from there. Brandon also saw that our hitch needed adjusted and was more than happy to take time out of his busy schedule to improve our set up. We have rarely, if ever, experienced teamwork and kindness like this at any dealer, little lone in the rv world. Thanks again Kunes, you've earned our next big transaction. Loved the whole Kunes experience. My wife and I purchased a 2202 Astoria. This was our 2nd purchase, but the 1st from Kunes. The process was smooth on pick up day. So helpful from walk through, finance, accessories and parts installed. Give Kunes RV a try!
