The Bluffs at Hudson Comforts of Home specializes in serving people who have moderate to severe dementia and need a secured environment with 24-hour caregivers on staff. We offer a safe and nurturing environment for people that may display more frequent behaviors due to dementia and need staff trained to provide a more personalized level of care.

At The Bluffs, we also offer a unique care model called Behavioral Health Integration (BHI). Our goal is to provide residents with dementia a comprehensive care plan that integrates with a collaborative team of experts that play a role in their well- being and success.

We accept Private pay, Medicaid, Long-term care insurance, and VA benefits.
