We all scream.. by Michelle F. via Judy's Book on 1/17/2006 Shirls has great ice cream of all kinds. Cones, shakes, slushees, banana splits, they have it all. They also have sandwiches/meats (burgers, chicken, gyros, hot dogs/sausages). The prices are not unreasonable, and it's a special treat.
