I'm not going to go into detail, however I'll say this: I called J & K to change a lock on my business, not happy at all with the result. I would recommend asking upfront exactly what they're going to do before you let them do it.

I called to change some locks. When the guy came out I was uneasy. He told me that I had to change all of my locks and then charged me $545. I'll never use this disgusting company again!
