AMS Micromedical, LLC was originally a division of Plastron Molding Corporation which has been serving the dental implant and automotive aftermarket industries among others since 1997. AMS was formed in early 2011 to focus specifically on the Medical Device and Dental Implant fields. Our management, Quality Assurance and Engineering personnel have upwards of 30 years experience each in their respective fields.

Micro sized parts suitable for CNC Swiss machining is our specialty. We are a manufacturer of dental implants and related components, complete surgical kits, surgical drills and instruments, catheter components and other precision machined devices in diameters from .1mm to 10mm, as well as machined or injection molded plastic components. We offer numerous secondary operation capabilities including laser marking, pad printing and assembly. Our equipment and software is state of the art, our personnel are highly trained and experienced, and our facility is ISO 13485:2003, ISO 9001:2008 FDA registered. Prototype or low quantity production runs are considered.
