This place has very good pizza, and many other choices for carry out food. It's a small place with very limited parking. The owner is very nice and they do offer coupons.

Good pizza. Carryout or delivery. Friendly service. Small parking lot but good neighborhood. It is right off a main drag which doesn't help parking so delivery seems to work best. Reasonable prices.
