Cheat River Outfitters is a family owned and operated business located in North Central West Virginia. We have been offering whitewater rafting trips on the Cheat River for over 40 years! Running through Preston County, WV, the Cheat River is one of the largest undamed watersheds in the Eastern United States. We are proud to call the Cheat home. We are based on the Cheat River and most of what we do is showing the river to our wonderful guests. As this is our home base, our guides are the experts of the Cheat.
