I love their customer service. Top Notch in my opinion. They did such a great job that I don't think I could suggest anything to change to make them better. They do great work.

There has never been a time where I asked them to check up on something and they gave me attitude- they are extremely on top of things and I would recommend them to anyone.

What I liked best was how straightforward they were about the pricing: flat rate with everything included, which is amazing, well above standard.

When we met with Sumner Company Homes and developed our plan, found the right site to build on, it was getting pretty closer to winter but Jesse and Max got right on it and were able to lay the foundation down before the ground froze.

Sumner Company Homes did a great job. Knowing little about home construction, they answered any concerns quickly and carefully. Max and Jesse were accommodating and easy to talk with to answer any of my questions.
