Emersa

Emersa is an immersive cocktail bar coming to Verrado Marketplace in Buckeye, Arizona, from the team behind Phoenix speakeasy 36 Below. The entire room transforms around guests using 4K screens, projection mapping, and custom lighting and sound, dropping you into celestial skies, deep oceans, and landscapes that don't exist. Each visit is a timed 90-minute experience, and the theme rotates every quarter so no two visits repeat. The cocktail menu is built around the current theme. Part bar, part art installation, part escape from reality. Opening late 2026.
