CrossFit Upper Limit

Our North Phoenix, premier Crossfit box, caters to the beginner athlete as well as the seasoned athlete.

We are a friendly community with the most amazing coaches in the North Phoenix Valley.

All workouts are 60 minute, group workouts, based around a pre-programmed workout for the day. Strength, cardio and skill work are the main ingredients to every workout. Every workout comes with options for both the beginner and the intermediate athlete,. YOU choose your level of workout.

We pride ourselves on our knowledge of coaching our athletes. During every class, you will be guided through the workout under the direction of a certified, knowledgeable coach. Although there is no hand holding, we will be with you every step of the way to encourage you, guide you and cheer you on until the workout is done and your ready for a quick cool down stretch.

We offer beginner classes to help integrate new members into our community with ease!

We encourage our first time members to contact us to set up a FREE "No Sweat Intro Class" where we will sit down with you and discuss your goals, provide a complimentary body composition analysis and take you through a short workout so we can assess your movement. Afterwards we will develop a plan to help you reach your goals in a safe, effective manner.
