Our goal is to expand the scope of estimating beyond blueprints and line items. With 3D modeling and floor plans our clients have a visually appealing estimate that doesn't require college geometry courses to verify. It may sound crazy but homeowners show off our estimates to their family and friends. Their is no better marketing than a first hand referral. As insurance adjusters who respond to natural disasters the most common complaint we hear from homeowners and insurance companies is they have no idea what they are paying for.
