On short notice, he came by my house, found out how to solve a multiple lock re-keying issue, and then went above and beyond, re-keying a lock I'd forgotten about at the last minute. They not only say what they mean, but they are also extremely professional. Despite the fact that we were all quarantined in our homes and had curfews imposed as a result of the current protests, Philip was still able to come and help us. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and he fixed it in minutes. He opened the door quickly, professionally, and safely.

During his most recent visit, he maintained social distance and wore a mask. Because safety is the number one priority during these strange times. He completed tasks such as replacing keycoded door keypads, opening a safe, and changing major locks throughout the property.
