I suspect the company practices tiered pricing by home value...not by job size. Do your homework and get quotes by other companies, be warned!

Spent $140 for a 5 minute diagnostic. The tech tried to sell me on a maintenance plan and about $1400 worth of work. I declined and fixed the problem for about $23.
