Choose from 48 inch rounds, 6 or 8 ft rectangle tables. Mahogany resin Chivari chairs with ivory chair pads, White or black basic linens provided.

We must collect a 2% City of Prescott sales tax. A 3% transaction fee is added to the contract invoice if payment is being made online thru Intuit/QuickBooks.
Yes, all contracts are written on a Word document, signed by event organizers. If a guest, family member or someone paying for your event are NOT on the contract, discussion and details may not be discussed with them. ONLY SIGNED CONTRACT HOLDERS MAY MAKE DECISIONS RE EVENTS.
For evening parties, outdoor music is off at 9:30 pm and we close at 10 pm unless special arrangements are made.
Yes, event insurance is required for all functions. For weddings, we do require both event and cancellation insurance riders. You may generate a quote on www.eventsured.com
Actually, no! We do not have a liquor license, so the selling, raffle or ticket for drinks is prohibited. You may bring in your alcohol and our certified bartenders can serve it for you.
We do require you to take a HOST LIQUOR amendment to your event insurance.
We welcome new vendors all the time or you may choose from our extensive referrals.
Willow Creek Inn accepts the following forms of payment: cash, most credit cards, check, cashiers check or money order. Payment plans available with a signed contract after the 50% down is paid.
We are located in Prescott-2 minutes form downtown. However, out guests come from all Arizona including out of state guests. Our farthest traveled Groom was from New Zealand!
