I just read the teacher's review and was totally bummed. I can NOT believe that 99 Cent Only did NOT allow an educator to return ALL of the purchased items. What kind of RIP-OFF it that???? Maybe that old saying is true..."Ya get what ya…

I think your return policy should be adjusted. As a teacher, I bought 30 bins from you and you only would return 9 of them even though before I bought them you said it would be ok to return them if I didnt need them.
