Tucson Orthopaedic Institute physical therapists are experts in sports medicine, strength and conditioning, athletic training, spine, upper extremity, and hand therapy, including splinting. They work closely with Tucson Orthopaedic physicians to design individual exercise programs to expedite the rehabilitation process and maximize function. Our philosophy of therapy leads us to maximize each person’s physical abilities to enable them to live productive and pain-free lives. Our therapists are trained to assess a person’s physical deficits and imbalances and provide each patient with an individualized program to help them regain function and “get back into their game.
