Rite-Loom Flooring's employees were very professional. They did the new carpeting on my stairs, in the living room, and in the dining room. The people who came out to install all of it were great.
I have death with Rite-Loom-Rafael Magana approximately 4 times with overall four-star results. Rafael is a very good leader in scheduling sub-contractors, and insuring all work is completed in a timely fashion, however, when the sub contractors do not cooperate, problems arise, thereby delaying completion of the project.
