Thief. paid 50 bucks for broken junk by maxxxten on 2/21/2021 thief. straight up up sold me some crap that did not work, called the store 10 minutes later, her employee did not test the item as is their policy, and told me all sales are final. Had a nasty conversation ended in swearing. totally unprofessional, barking excuses about state laws prohibit returns when all i wanted was to get a store credit for the 50 bucks i spent for some broken crap. called me back to tell me she gave her employee a write up, like that makes it better that you wrote up your minimum wage employee after you screwed over a customer. called me back to get her two cents worth and yell at me not to return to her store. this is the store with photos of the thieves who steal from her posted on the front glass, but didnt think twice about burning me. now im off to facebook, twitter and anywhere this store has a place to give reviews.
