Parmley Notary Services can notarize most documents including wills, trusts, living trusts, family trusts, quit deeds, power of attorney, health care directives, bill of sale, retirement forms, pension forms, property loan documents, mortgage documents, birth certificate request forms, general financial forms, foreign and international documents, and school district transfer forms. The cost per notarized signature is $10, paid by cash only. If a witness is required to sign the document and you can't bring your own witness with you to our office, we can provide a witness for you from our staff at a cost of $10 per witness. A valid state or federal ID card is required to notarize a document for you. Each witness must also provide a valid state or federal ID card. You must bring the unsigned document with you as a Notary Public has to watch you sign the document.
