Named after the literal Spanish translation for “pool,” Poza is a nod to California’s heritage and a celebration of elevated poolside dining.

The menu reimagines classic California fare with a focus on seasonal produce and coastal seafood. The bar features a curated selection of refreshing cocktails, spritzes, local wines by the glass, and standout LA brews.
