Sacramento Athletic Center (SAC) is Northern California's premier data-driven baseball training facility, proudly serving Carmichael, Sacramento, and the greater region. Our 21,000 sq ft indoor facility features 12 hitting tunnels and five 70' pitching tunnels built for both righties and lefties. We offer individual, group, and team training for athletes ages 9 and up, including hitting lessons, pitching instruction, mechanics, speed, agility, and strength training.
