I was happy with my interaction with Dustin today. He immediately asked me if there were issues with the service and i advised that my primary concern at this point was spiders. He advised that since i have only had 1 treatment, to expect a couple treatments to see progressing results. I was aware that this would be the case, as everything is a process. With that said, I was very pleased that he asked if I had any concerns and I was pleased with his honest answer. Dustin was well groomed, professional, and well mannered. I look forward to continued service from Gecko and Dustin.

Tim called to let me know how far out he was prior to his arrival. He was on time and ready to get to business. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I showed him the areas of concern. He was patient and afterwards explained to me how he was going to handle the problem. My wife also spoke to him and was very satisfied with his knowledge and determination to rid us of those pesky gophers. It was a day and night difference from our past pest control company. I would highly recommend Gecko Pest Control to any one who might be looking for an excellent company to hire. -Victor Vasquez

I called Gecko Pest Control and said we had seen a few bugs and Dustin came over within the hour, which was great. He took care of the problem immediately and also the gophers we had just begun to have an issue with, so he definitely did a terrific job and we appreciate it.
