FitNow Extreme

We specialize on one-on-one personal training, nutrition guidance, and bootcamps for women. Our facility comprises of both indoor and outdoor exercises that range from circuits, interval, traditional, sledgehammers, boxing, TRX, resistance, and many others. The idea is to keep your body guessing and not continually repeat workout routines so that your body will continue to change, and you won't get bored :) Train with friends or family as we also host group workouts and boot camps.

FitNow works in conjunction with 707 Extreme Fitness and share the facility to train clients. Both owners worked in the corporate realm of fitness and established the gym to benefit the client, you. By cutting the cost of private training by half compared to other larger gyms clients are able to train more frequently thus attaining faster and better results, and stress free by saving more money.
