Jake Duvall is the branch manager for Loans Realty Group in Fresno, California. He has been an active Real Estate agent & Mortgage Loan Officer since 2010 as well as a Real Estate investor. Personally growing his own portfolio as well as assisting other investors. Jake chose Loans Realty Group because of the value in being able to keep the Loan transaction and Real Estate transaction together under one roof. Other agents and brokers don’t have the integration and seamless processes we have to identify any roadblocks on either side (loan transaction/approval or Real Estate transaction) and to be able to overcome those obstacles early on in the process to complete a seamless closing on time. We can’t stress this enough. Waiting for a loan officer from one of the ‘BIG BANKS’ or online mortgage brokers who don’t put the attention to detail into your file or to call you back on a weekend (yet alone on a weekday) and find out what is going on with your loan, sometimes after several days, is not fun…
