1st Class Tow

Honestly - this tow company doesn't deserve a star at all. They will send you a Tex assuring you that they will be there in an 45 mins to an hour. You're waiting in 105 degree Fresno heat. They let you wait an hour then their driver calls telling you that he's on his way after an area hur waitinghe states that he just started his shift and he just got the message wow!! and they call themselves 1st class. Then you call them directly and they expect you to be happy after waiting for an hour & then tell you you're going to wait another hour. your damin night i am going to tell how you feel1st class. Then they call you and leave you a message on your cell phone trying to tell you that they don't like to be abused, but yet they could leave you out in the heat for two hours and not give a care. and just my hand3 yrs son with me and they didn't give a care. This tow company should be closed down permanently. anyone considering this tow place -please think again
