Our dentist, Dr. Jerry Hernandez, believes that the best way to treat someone is to listen to their concerns and provide them with options for their dental care. During your appointment with him, he will spend most of the time with you, whether that means working on your teeth or simply explaining a procedure. No matter what treatment you need, we strive to provide individualized care to each and every patient. As a U.S. Navy Reserve dentist, Dr. Hernandez also values staying on schedule, so you can rest assured that your time will be respected and your appointment will be kept on time. Dr. Hernandez and the rest of our exceptional dental team invite families from La Mesa, neighboring Mount Helix, Lake Murray, Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, and the San Diego State University areas to call or visit our office today. We offer comprehensive family dentistry focusing on preventive care and also offer treatments including dental implants, cosmetic procedures, Invisalign and Six Month Smiles, and are happy to accommodate family appointments. In addition, our office offers digital X-rays – which expose patients to less radiation and allows the images to be instantly reviewed and discussed with the patient at chairside. Patients can also take advantage of their insurance allowance, which usually provides a panoramic X-ray once every three to five years. These allow us to evaluate the whole mouth in one image, and are especially important in detecting abnormalities (i.e. cancer) outside and around the teeth.
