In Short
Decorated like a French country bistro with jazzy New Orleans overtones, Mimi's Café was named after a lost love of Arthur Simms, who started the restaurant in 1978 in Anaheim, Calif., with his family. The ambience… Read Full Editorial

Going downhill by the month. Went today and was seated behind some pig listening to the game full blast. Went to the host to be reseated and he said it would be 10-15 minutes.......IN A HALF EMPTY RESTAURANT. Always a wait now, even when…

Last two times I was there, did not enjoy the food. The beef pot pie tasted like dog food. I sent it back. This last time I ordered raspberry ice tea & it tasted like flavored water. For $2.50, there should have been some tea in it. …

This is my favorite Mimi's since it's close to me. I like sitting in the back room so I can people watch. It also tends to be the quiet room. Place is busy on the weekends so plan for it. Lots of parking.

Since I first posted my review on Citysearch back in 2003, we've been frequenting this particular Mimi's location a few times every year. After all these years (it's now 2008) it's still a good place for great comfort food. I've come to…

I've been to Mimi's before, but it wasn't anything exciting. This was about three years ago. Since then, my entire opinion has changed about them. This new one that opened up about a month ago is FANTASTIC! The food is great, and you get…
