Ingrid Gudenas, President - Effective Training Solutions

Corporations and government agencies around the world have been hiring Ingrid to work with their executives, professionals and training departments for over 33 years. She graduated university Magna Cum Laude (with great honors) and received a Masters degree in Education from Temple University in Philadelphia. She is the former President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Ingrid Gudenas is the founder of Effective Training Solutions, located in the Bay Area in California, which has been in business for over 27 years. Effective Training Solutions has now served large corporations and government agencies in 28 countries, helping them provide effective training to their executives and their workforce.

Ingrid Gudenas also developed 100% Proficiency® training which is considered a “best practice” in the training profession. She has been published in a number of training text books, including case studies on how to produce financial return on investment from effective training. Her work made the cover of Training Magazine with the story of how 100% Proficiency created a $360 million increase in annual revenue for one of her customers.

Ingrid Gudenas is also known for executive coaching, teaching highly effective communication and presentation skills, and she is in great demand as a dynamic public speaker, both in person and in webinars.
