As a small gym, we get to know one another well. Not only do we have the opportunity to become familiar with each other as we sweat it out on a daily basis, but we also have group events so your partners in exercise can become your friends. Allowing exercise to become a part of your life as a whole is one of the best ways to keep your goals when the pressures of your day to day threaten to push wellness to the side. Now is a great time to embrace change - but let's make that change stick. This year, don't aim for a temporary fix. This year, make a New Normal your goal.
