Very good Burgers and Fries! by Cynthia A via Insider Pages on 8/23/2008 Jolly Kone has yummy good ole american food! Great burgers, fries, onion rings and soft serve ice cream!! This is a small walk up burger place that has been in Ojai for years! I would recommend it!
