Shravani R. Reddy, MD

Dr. Shravani R. Reddy is a board-certified UCI Health gastroenterologist who specializes in esophageal disorders. Her clinical interests include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), achalasia, Barrett’s esophagus and esophageal cancer.

She earned her medical degree at American University of the Caribbean in Pembroke Pines, Fla. She completed a residency in internal medicine followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology, both at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine in Roanoke.

Reddy provides comprehensive care to a diverse patient population with various gastrointestinal conditions. She has a particular interest in esophageal disorders and has completed additional training through the American Neurogastroenterology Motility Society. She has a passion for medical education and has taken an active role in various teaching capacities, including curriculum development and procedure-based instruction.
